The preliminary review of the drainage plan has already been disapproved....So far so good.
Go to the website www.NoMaltbytrack.org and click on "The Proposal", at the bottom click on "Targeted Drainage Plan Analyzed". You'll see the profile drawing of the track sitting between very high berms, very misleading. Our neighbor noticed the berms are at a different scale, when shown all at the same scale (red lines) the berms are nothing more than an elevated seating area. These bumps are supposed to contain the noise?

Drainage plan disapproved! Good news!
But the Fire plan was approved. Does this include emergency vehicle access or is it just the site itself?
You'd think there would be an issue for emergency vehicles if the roads are blocked with cars and people.
We received an email from Congressman Jay Inslee that this matter is out of his jurisdiction, but said he was told by the county that a decision is due March 22nd and that Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon would be a good person to direct our concerns. We emailed Aaron Reardon on 2/29 and never received a response.
